I accept and declare that the hotel management will not be responsible from loss of money, jewellery and valuable belongings, that I can use and that I will vacate the room on the check-out day at 12:00 pm.
Check-in time to the room is scheduled at 14:00.
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the rooms and hotel interiors is subject to a fine of 200 AZN.
Any hotel property damaged by the guest must be paid for by the guest. If the room card is lost, the guest will be charged 5 AZN.
The confidentiality of your data may only be disclosed to third parties in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
The guest assumes responsibility for payment of the account; if the payment is not made by the representative, company, or responsible person, it will be paid by the guest.
If a guest stays at the hotel for 15 days or more, they are informed by the front office staff that they must register with the migration authority.

Qonaq tərəfindən açar itirildiyi halda 5 AZN məbləğində cərimə olunacaqdır.
Qonaq tərəfindən hotelə məxsus hər hansı əşya zərər gördüyü halda, dəymiş ziyan qonaq tərəfindən ödəniləcəkdir.
Məlumatlarınızın konfidensiallığı yalnız Azərbaycan Respublikası qanunvericiliyində müəyyən edilmiş hallarda üçüncü tərəfə ötürülməsinə icazə verilir
Qonaq 15 gün və daha artq müddət arzində hoteldə qalmalı olduğu halda front ofis əməkdaşları tərəfindən miqrasiya orqanından qeydiyyatdan keçməsi barədə məlumatlandırılır
Qonaq hesabının ödənilməsini öhdəlik olaraq öz üzərinə götürür, nümayəndə, şirkət, məsul şəxs tərəfindən ödənilmədiyi hallarda ödəniş qonaq tərəfindən həyata keçiriləcəkdir
