Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00

Early check-in before 11:00 will be charged with 100% of the room rate of the current day

Late Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will be charged 50% of the room rate of the current day

Check-out later than 18:00 on the day of departure will be charged 100% of the room rate of the current day All above requests are subject to availability.

 

Reservation cancellation policy

Reservations can be guaranteed with a credit card or prepayment

Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled or modified 48 hours before arrival time to avoid no-show fee (1-night payment) There will not be any charges applied if cancelation made 24 hours before 14:00 for non-guaranteed reservation

All payments for Special day and Holiday periods are non-refundable.During your stay, you may consult Front Office department whenever you have a request, suggestion or need.
